We collect personal and device data necessary to provide and improve the services of VibeShot AI. This includes:

Photo library access: We request access only to specific photos you select to generate AI videos. We do not scan or access your full library without consent.
Uploaded content: Images you upload for AI video generation are stored securely on our servers. You can freely delete or re-download this content at any time.
Generated videos: Videos created based on your uploaded content are also stored on our servers as part of your generation history and are user-controllable.
Device identifiers and metadata: Includes device model, OS version, IP address, language settings, and other signals. Used for fraud prevention, diagnostics, and app optimization.
App usage and engagement metrics: Such as template clicks, frequency of use, and engagement duration, used to improve features and content recommendations.

We do not collect name, email, phone number, precise location data, or account-based identifiers, as our current version does not require login.

III. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely for the following purposes:

To generate AI videos based on your selected images
To deliver the features and outputs you request
To optimize app features and personalize your experience
To conduct analytics and improve product performance
To detect abuse, bots, or unauthorized access
To comply with applicable laws or law enforcement requests

IV. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We rely on certain third-party services to process user content and deliver core functionality:

Image processing: Uploaded images may be sent to secure, contractually bound third-party AI generation APIs solely for processing and returning video results. These parties are required to maintain strict confidentiality and data protection.
Firebase (Google Cloud): We use Firebase Storage to temporarily store uploaded files and output video content. In this version, we do not use Firebase Analytics or behavioral tracking.

V. Cookies and Local Technologies

We may use cookies or SDK-based local storage mechanisms to support basic functionality (e.g., app session continuity) and crash/error diagnostics.

Uploaded content and generation history are retained for user convenience and feature functionality.
Users may delete their photos or videos at any time within the app.
Deleted content is promptly removed from active systems, except where needed for legal or diagnostic purposes.
Users can request full content deletion or account removal by contacting us.

By using VibeShot AI, you agree that any dispute or claim arising from or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

To provide AI-powered video generation features, we work with third-party service providers to process user-uploaded content such as photos. These providers are strictly bound by confidentiality agreements and may only use the data to fulfill the requested service — they are prohibited from retaining, reusing, or sharing any data beyond that scope.

Uploaded content is stored for a maximum of 30 days. After this period, all data is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems, unless you choose to delete it earlier via the in-app delete function. You may also contact us at any time to request manual deletion of your data.

This application is operated by HONG KONG GENBIT LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. All data processing activities comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR where relevant.
